Privacy, Marketing, and Your Learner Declaration

Please read through these declarations and indicate your data sharing preferences before proceeding.

At the bottom of the page you will be asked to accept the college's terms and conditions, and record a digital signature using your mouse or touchpad.

The Learner Record Service (LRS)

We are required to submit ESFA-funded achievements to a student’s Personal Learning Record (PLR) held on the Learner Records Service (LRS) database.

Sharing your PLR can benefit you, as educational institutions may not require physical copies of your certificates in order to support future applications or enrolments.

You can find out more about your Personal Learning Record here: UK GOV: How to access your personal learning record (opens in a new window).

Where the college uses student contact information in the pursuit of marketing opportunities, events, research, surveys or any other type of non-academic / administrative purpose, we will only do so where you have provided your consent. If you do wish to receive this type of information from the college, please provide your consent below. Your consent can be given or withdrawn at any time by completing our data consent form online here (opens in new window).

If you tick to receiving marketing information, we will keep you up to date with all upcoming events and learning opportunities. If you would like to personalise the content we send you, and the methods we use to get in touch, please indicate your preferences below.

Financial Notices

Please note that once this enrolment request is submitted, the College will conduct a fee assessment based on the information provided. As a result, you may be liable for course fees.

If course fees are applicable, you will need to pay the balance within 14 days of the College processing this enrolment request.

If payment is not received within 14 days, there is no guarantee that you will be able to remain on your course.

Additional financial support may be available, depending on your circumstances; if you need further advice please contact

Loans (for those aged 19 or older, courses at level 3 and above)

If you are planning to fund your studies with an Advanced Learner Loan or HE Tuition Loan, please read through these notes, then tick the box below - we will contact you to discuss your loan application and status.

Even if you intend to pay via loan, by submitting this enrolment request you accept responsibility for paying any applicable course fees.

How do I apply for an Advanced Learner Loan?

If you have not yet started your loan application, you will need a Loan Information Letter from the College - please email to request one. This will tell you what to do next.

You can find out more about the Advanced Learner Loan here: (opens in a new window).

You can still proceed with this enrolment request if your loan application hasn't started or been approved yet, but subject to the conditions outlined below.

What happens if my loan application is declined?

If a loan is not approved, you will be expected to pay the course fees yourself.

If no payment is received within 6 weeks of the start of term, there is a possibility you will be withdrawn from your course and your outstanding balance will still be due.

What happens if I decide to leave the course early?

If you leave your course before completing it, loan payments to the College will cease, and you will be responsible for paying any outstanding balance.

For example: if you take out a loan for £4,000 and leave half-way through your course, the Student Loan Company will have paid £2,000, so you will have a further £2,000 to pay yourself.

Employer Sponsorship

If your employer is paying your course fees for you, please tick the box below.

Sponsorship is when someone else takes full responsibility for your course fees, it is not the same as Government funding or College financial support.

Your employer will need to complete a sponsorship form (called a C015), available here: C015 form (opens in a new window).

If you have any questions or issues regarding sponsorship, please contact
